All staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great with many options to chose from and coffee was amazing. Pool and surrounding area was very clean. Bathroom included a bathtub which was very helpful to clean our infant. Television had a great selection of channels, internet was free and fast. I'd high recommend this place to others and definitely stay again if in the area. The location was easy to find just off I-81, with many stores, restaurants and gas stations near by.

The room given was perfect and looks to be upgraded .. compared to the other rooms in the hotel I previously stayed. This room didn't have any carpet, which I loved. The breakfast could use a little more upgrade to it. There was one person working the breakfast area and she was running back in forth, sitting down and at times appear out of breathe. The hot food (eggs, breakfast meat) needs to be cooked a little more better... maybe which it up with other hot options; it was not the best eggs.

I had special requests for my service dog and I was accommodated perfectly. The older gentleman from Staten Island at guest service was extremely nice to my 2 yr and walked her to the pool and showed her . He was very kind. The lady overseeing the Breakfast bar was very helpful getting things for my 2 yr old while I was making a waaroundffle. The staff really treats you like family. I would stay again for sure.

The room was on the main floor next an exit. Turns out we were given a room designed for someone with physical limitations. Bathroom had a seat in the shower. I did report that the toilet seat was very loose, but we never heard back from anyone. I brought it to the attention of the front desk receptionist as I checked out. Continental breakfast had a lot to chose from and was fresh.

Moe

Good size room. USB port was beside the bed. In room coffee was good. Toiletries were pretty good. Chair in the room was actually comfortable. Many have not been in other hotels. Housekeeping employees were very friendly & helpful. Desk staff prompt & friendly. Quiet hotel which is amazing considering they are next too a huge mall & several restaurants.
